Stable fermented duration instant dry yeast.Strong taste of natural yeast.  •Application: Instant dry yeast used for fermenting all kinds of paste,such as bread,pastry,biscuit,cakes .. •Usage:    ·Low Sugar instant dry yeast:Suitable for making sugar-free and low sugar bread(in double containing 0-7% sugar).    ·High sugar instant dry yeast: Suitable for making sweet or oil bread( n double containing 7-18% sugar). •Dosage:   ·0.3-0.5% of the flour's use amount for low sugar instant dry yeast.   ·0.8-1.2% of the flour's use amount for high sugar instant dry yeast. •Storage:Store in cool and dry places. •How to use:   ·Mix the instant dry yeast into flour,add water and stir well,or knead with the paste as dough for fermenting.   ·Water temperature and the fermenting temperature within 35-38°c is better.   · Avoid adding instant dry yeast directly into oil or cold water.
