High quality Carbon Steel Galvanized Sleeve Anchor
Sleeve anchors work by inserting them into a hole drilled into concrete. Turning the nut pulls the working end of the sleeve anchor up through the sleeve, expanding and anchoring itself securely in the concrete, brick or block. Sleeve anchors are dependable for use in brick, cinder block, thin wall, marble and concrete. One benefit is that the base material doesn’t have to be solid. The variety of head styles offers extra versatility. An added benefit is the ability to remove this anchor after installation. Sleeve anchors are used for anchoring window and door frames, thresholds, cabinets, theater seats, duct straps, dock bumpers, aluminum and steel angles, steel columns etc.

Installation Steps 
1. Always wear safety glasses. 2. Follow the drill manufacturer’s safety instructions. 3. Drill the hole perpendicular to the work surface. To assure full holding power, do not ream the hole or allow the drill to wobble. 4. Drill the hole as deep as the full length of the anchor. 5. Clean the hole using compressed air and a wire brush. A clean hole is necessary for proper performance. 6. Place anchor through fixture and into hole making sure the nut and washer rest solidly against the fixture, or tap into the hole and then place bracket over the anchor (under nut and washer). 7. Tighten the nut with a torque wrench to the proper torque.
