Ø Hydraulic Coil Car:

Function: The coil car is designed to provide full lift to the mandrel surface across the full range of O.D. coils.

1. Structure: Consisted of mechanic base, guide post, V-shape support, lift and move system.

Ø Hydraulic Dual-cone Uncoiler:

Function: The hydraulic dual-cone uncoiler is used to securely hold the coil I.D. while unwinding the coil into the slitter entry unit. Adopt dual inner tension wedge-block to hold the coil I.D. Multi-step inner tension block to suit different inner I.D of the coils.

Structure: Consisted of bottom base and support base, main mandrel, inner tension design, multi-step wedge-block, power supply, tension cylinder and drive cylinder.

Structure: It is consisted of the frame, guide roller, adjustment device, movable platform and multi-roller wheel. The vertical rollers on the both sides guide the sheet right into the slitter.
