ISO 4-20mA-E Series Active Load Two-wire 4-20mA Current Loop Isolation Transmitter IC is a kind of two-wire active 4-20mA sensor signal isolation regulator. It can convert active 4-20mA current signal into isolated passive control signal.The loop powered 4-20mA circuit achieves the perfect match between the sensor signal acquisition and the active load of analog input interface. It effectively solve the power conflict problem between the active 4-20mA current signal acquisition and the power supply in interface of two-wire loop powered circuits

Sunyuan SIP12 package two wire 4-20mA signal isolation regulations and control IC: ISO 4-20mA-E. it is a two wire active sensor 4-20mA signal isolation regulator, belong to 4-20mA series product. It can convert input active 4-20mA current signal to output isolation passive control signal, which control two-wire power supply(anti-explosion method) 4-20mA loop circuit. Then realize the matching of the sensor signal acquisition with the active load of analog input interface. It effective solves the power conflict problem between the acquisition active 4-20mA current signal and two wire electrical current loop power loops receive.
ISO 4-20mA-Eadopt high efficiency return circuit stealing electricity technology, based on which the ic do not need powered by independent power. The advantage to use two wire return circuit power supply output mode can spare two power wires, simplify user’s design also cut down user’s wiring cost. This IC internally includes current signal modulation circuit, signal coupling isolation changing circuit. Pimping input equivalent resistor make the IC able to acquisition current signal from the sensor output loop voltage up to wide range (5-32V DC), to meet user’s requirement that non-external power and with long-term undistorted transmission.
ISO 4-20mA-E the output designed aim to 24VDC and series wound two wire power loop circuit of sample resistance (two wire meter), it match with the industrial common analog input interface board (Host computer),PLC,DCS or other meters analog input interface board that include active load.. It can meet industrial temperature, humid,, vibrate severe environment requirement. Easy use, only with a external connection 10KΩ multitier potentiometer to gain adjust then can realize two wire 4-20mA signal isolation, transmission and acquisition control.
