Characteristics and advantages of high-performance butterfly valve

The triple eccentric butterfly valve is further improved based on the double eccentric butterfly valve ,and its extension is most extensive. Its structure is characterized by that valve stem axis deviates from valve plate center and center of the principal body. With eccentric effect, the valve plate can fast and immediately be disconnected from the valve seat after opening of the valve, it can greatly eliminate necessary and excessive extrusion and scratching between the valve plate and valve sate, it reduces opening resistant distance, reduces wearing and extends service life of valve seat. With great reduction of scratching, it also makes the double eccentric butterfly valve to use metal valve seat, and thus application fo butterfly valve in high-temperature field is extended.

Precise regulating is assured with low switch-off torque(even with small opening).Cost is reduced-it only needs replacement of the required parts, the entire set is not required for replacement. Valve can immediately be disconnected form valve seat and wearing of valve seat is prevented.

Switch-off seal is higher than class VI sealing class under ANSI.

With light weight, it is easy for dismantling, replacement, disposal and repair.
