HS-C Type Manual Chain Block

HSC type manual lifting chain hoist series derived from HSZ type, is newly designed with the advanced technology in the world. HS-C series chain hoist is more labor saving and beautiful in apperance. It has higher practicability, solid and stable in the operation. The G80 alloy load chain has high intensity which can bear 4 times pulling force. The Mn steel hook has high strength and the high-class alloy shell protect the inner structure.

It is suitable for use in factories, mines, farms, construction sites, wharves, docks and warehouses for installation of equipment, as well as for loading and unloading goods. It is especially advantageous for lifting work in the open air and places where no power supply is available. The chain hoist can be attached to a trolley of any type as a traveling houst. It is suitable to monorail overhead conveying system, hand travelling crane and jib crane.

Our Advantages

1. The covers of nameplate and handwheel are made of 1.5mm material, which is thicker than the traditional way of 0.8mm-1.0mm material.

2. The panels adopt advanced technoly of electrophoresis which offers more beautiful apperance than traditional balckening ones, and it works closely with the cover.

3.The guide wheel is steel fully forged. It has more compact inner structure.

4.The left and right wall plate adopts integral roller bearing, and the force is even during the test drawing

5.The upper hook and lower hook adopt the imported famous brand Yale to change the defect of the traditonal hook of steel ball hook beam.
