 Production description  

PDC is made from a layer of polycrystalline diamond and carbide sustrate, which is sintered by placing micro diamond powder and carbide substrate under ultrahigh pressure and high temperature (about60000 atmospheres,1400-1500℃) .PDC is mainly used in PDC drilling bits of drilling soft to medium hardness stratum.Polycrystalline diamond layer combined with hard alloy substrate as tooth form so that two layers are formed solidly ,the whole PDC can take more impact resistance.

 

PCD is sintered by ultra high pressure and high temperature(60000 atmospheres,1400-1600℃)with advanced diamond micro powder .The abrasion resistance for PCD is very good, wear resistance ratio is higher 5-20 times than silicon binding agent PCD.
