High foaming Ceiling decorative Cornice   Product Description Xps Cornice is one new kind of cornice material ,It is used more and more widely in the interior room angels where the wall meets the ceiling .     Compared with EPS Cornice ,the xps polystyrene cornice have a more smoother surface than EPS polystyrene cornices . Compared with Plaster Cornice which are heavy, can break easily if mishandled, difficult to install and they are not waterproof and will damage if any moisture gets to the product,the xps polystyrene is lightweight ,flexible,waterproof, anti-flaming ,durable and easy install with Acrylic Cornice Adhesive ,Gone are the days of hammers,nails and blue fingers . Polystyrene cornices have become the preferred alternative to the plaster and EPS Cornice products, All polystyrene products can be painted with acrylic or PVA based paints and there is no need for an undercoat or preparation before or after installation. Our cornice is produced by GPPS ,its extrusion out by plastic foaming extruder .   Q2.Could you send us Samples ? We could send you samples for checking our quality .   Q3.Whats the Density of your cornice ? Our cornice density could be changeable ,it from 50-250kg/M3 .If no specail requirement ,normally its 90-110kg /M3 ,this density is more suitable for ceiling decorative.   Q4.Whats the MOQ ? Our MOQ is different according different situation,if you need us to do the custom clearance ,the MOQ should more than 5000 M ,if you have other goods in China ,we just need to send the cornice to other place ,the MOQ could be 1000M .   Q5.How many Design do you have ?could you do the OEM ?If so ,How about the Moulds fee ? At present we have totally 6 design ,we could do the OEM .If the order could 1x40 GP container ,the mould fee is free ,if not ,the mould fee is about 3000usd per design ,and we will return back the mould fee by goods after this design order got 40GP container .   Q6.Whether the cornice could be Antiflaming or not ? Whether the cornice could be Antioxidant or not ?  Yes !It could be antiflaming and antioxidant by mixed special material .   Q7.Could you print our company logo on the surface ? Yes,we could print any words on the surface .   Q8.How about the Packing ? Our normal packing is carton with epe foam sheet ,and we also could packing with pp bag ,but the price will be higher than normal packing way .   Q9.How could we Inspect the products?  By three ways 1.Inspect by yourself (visiting our plant)2.Inspect our samples(we will send you samples )3.Inspect by third party(but you should pay the inspection charge).   Q10. How about the Payment ? By TT,30% deposit after the contract and the balance should be paid before the shipping after the quality inspection.
