Product introduction Flotation machine (mine flotation machine) is to use motor triangle drives the impeller to rotate, which generates centrifugal force and causes negative pressure. On one hand it suctions sufficient air to mix with slurry mixture and on the other hand stirring the pulp to mix with the drug and at the same time thinning the bubble to make mineral be adhesive to the upper bubble, and then it floats to the pulp surface and forms mineralized bubbles. Adjust the gate height and control level to make useful bubble be scraped by the scraper.
Main application Flotation machine (mine flotation machine) is mainly used for separating copper, zinc, lead, thread, gold and other non-ferrous metals, which can also be used for roughing and concentration of ferrous metals and nonmetals.
Operating principle Flotation machine (mine flotation machine) first puts the material and medicament under the bottom of the first groove after being fully mixed, and after impeller rotation, negative pressure is formed in the round cavity to make the pulp at the groove bottom and slot enter the mixing zone respectively through the underground suction inlet and the upper inlet, and at the same time, the air enters the mixing zone along the gas sleeve into the mixing zone, thus pulp, air and medicament will be mixed here. Secondly, under the impeller centrifugal force, the mixed pulp enters mineralized area, and air forms bubble and is crushed to fully contact with the coal particles to form mineralized bubbles, which will be evenly distributed in the sleeve section and move forward to the separation area under the influence of stator and turbulent plate. Basis of flotation flow selection: flotation process selection mainly depends on the ore properties and requirements of the concentrate quality. The ore properties are mainly: the run-of-mine ore grade and ore material; dissemination characteristics and symbiotic relationship of useful mineral; sliming of minerals in the grinding process; physical and chemical properties of minerals (mainly the floatability).

Medium mixing strength and good suspension of solid particles. 5. The liquid level of the flotation machine is stable and it has low power consumption.
