Working principle:
Strong impact crusher is the crusher which uses impact to crush material. In the working process, rotor driven by motor rotates in the high speed, when material comes to hammer plate working zone, it strikes on the plate hammer and being crushed, after that it will be thrown again to be re-crushed, this is a repetition process, the crushed material will go to chamber 1, 2, 3 according the size of them to get crushed until the material reach to required size, and final product will be discharged from discharge hole. Adjusting the gap between impact frame and rotor is the way to change the size of final sand and shape.
