High Dielectric Polished Pink Alumina Ceramic Substrates

Our facility has manufactured alumina (Al2O3) ceramic substrates more than 15 years, in order to achieve different needs and requirements in different applications, we offer some selection of purities of alumina ceramic such as 92% (black color), 94.4% (pink color), 96% (pure white) and 99.6% (white color) .

Sometimes, a more rigorous surface finished is needed, like the ceramic substrate for thin film applications. The roughness for 94.4% Al2O3 ceramic substrate could reach Ra0.1, and the parameter for both 96% and 99.6% alumina could achieve Ra0.05. What's more, laser scribing and laser cutting will be carried out to accomplish specific types of electrical circuit printing. In order to elevate our competition and cost down goal, we have built in-house production line for both secondary processings.

The regular thickness of ceramic substrates we supply cover 0.25mm,  0.30mm, 0.40mm, 0.5mm, 0.635mm,  0.80mm, 1,0mm and 1.2mm. The minimum thickness of alumina ceramic substrate could be 0.10mm, also we are able to achieve 2mm and 3mm thick smoothly.

The applications of alumina ceramic substrates

Alumina ceramic substrates are widely used in variety of power modules, like PCB circuits, power electronics, LED lighting, communication devices. It's greatly helpful for heat dissipation and reduce the maintance times.
