The production process of cold drawn carbon steel wire is roughly divided into 4 parts:

removing the oxide that layer on the wire rods;next it is hydrochloric acid cleaning phosphating,;saponification;and drawing wires ; 

After production, we can do tensile strength test,reduction of area test,elongation test,torsion test,wrapping test ,bending test,ect.to test the quality of the product.

Wire grade A,B,C and D are distinguished on the basis of their mechanical properties;
