Large Diameter Metallized Alumina Ceramic Cylinder

With our selection of deposition methods, containing screen printing, pad printing, brush coating, we offer a wide range of metallized ceramic insulators with different geometry of the component. These metallized ceramics help the ceramic to metal, ceramic to ceramic for achieve joining by means of brazing. All metallized ceramics we supplied offer an outstanding bonding strength and air tightness.

We could meet customers` special need to provide different metallization types, The typical plating included as below:

1. Raw ceramic + Molybdenum/Manganese (Mo/Mn) metallization 2. Raw ceramic + Tungsten (W) metallization 3. Raw ceramic +Silver (Ag) plating

4. Raw ceramic + Mo/Mn metallization + Nickle (Ni) plating 5.Raw ceramic + W metallization + Gold(Au) plating

We are capable of achieve different grade precision level via fine grinding, CNC machining, cutting processes. The finest tolerance can be +/-0.001 for overall dimensions. Also glazing treatment on internal, or external surface can be done by ourselves.
