High Al2O3 Alumina Ceramic Tube C799
NITECH can make big sized alumina tubes by pressing and casting.
The biggest diameter we can make is 500mm.
Main material has 92%, 95%, 99% and 99.7%
alumina.
These tubes can be machined to tight tolerance as your
design.
Machining Ability:
Outer diameter tolerance: +/-0.01mm,
Inner diameter tolerance: +/-0.02mm,
Surface Roughness: Ra0.1-0.2um
Parallelism: 0.05mm.
These tubes are widely used as furnace chamber, mud pump
liner,
And other high temperature, abrasive
application.
