Description     Hengying 500 shale shaker screen are mostly applied to the shale shakers with wedge fastening equipment. The hengying shale shaker screen adopt that high-strength square steel tube welded to multi-ribbed construction. They are sturdy and reliable. The screens are constructed with two or three stainless steel layers bonded to a steel support plank. Accessary rubber plugs may be used to repair rips or tears.

    Steel frame screen is in common used presently, that are constructed mostly with two or three stainless steel layers bonded tightly to the steel frame.The frame is made up of the high-strength square steel tube or flat steel welded to multi- ribbed construction.     Swaco Mongoose series screen is spare part for Mongoose series shale shaker from M-I Swaco. At Hengying shaker screen, there are common pre-tensioned steel frame screen and composite frame screen. Composite frame screen have longer service life, better appearance, and convenience on operaion.
