Q. What's your MOQ? Can I mix styles and colors?

A: For finished zippers, MOQ is 2000pcs per color. For long chain zipper rolls, MOQ is 2000yards. Usually we don't accept mix styles. And regarding MOQ, there will always be an exception for the first order, which means we will take small orders but with a bit higher price than our MOQ. We care about every potential customer.  
Q. How long can I get my products?

A: It will take us about 10-15 days to produce the products after we confirm everything together.

Q. How will you pack your products?

A: Usually, we do it with OPP bag + export carton for zippers.   Q. Can we customize the color or size or tape with our own logo?

A: Yes, you can. But for small orders, we need to charge for the mold of your own logo.
