Pressure swing adsorption and regeneration cycle are used to alternately flow compressed air through two adsorbent-filled drying tanks Aand B,that is, when one tank adsorbs water vapor at high partial pressure (working pressure), the other tank is analyzed at low partial pressure (near atmospheric pressure), and then switched according to the set time program.

Adsorption: Wet air entersA drying tank from lower pipe system through three-way one-way valve from A1 direction,flows from bottom to top,adsorbent bed , and dried air discharges from upper official system.

Regeneration: Part of the dry air (about 10%) passes through the regeneration control valve of the upper pipe system into the B drying tank. After decompression,the dry air (called regeneration gas) resolves and regenerates the adsorbent in the B drying tank from top to bottom,restores the drying ability of the adsorbent,and the regenerated gas is discharged into the atmosphere through the lower pipe system B2 valve and silencer.

Pressure equalization: After regeneration of adsorbent,B2 valve closes, B drying tank is pressurized to on-line working pressure, ready to switch.
