Q:What's the production environment requirement for the heat transfer printing processing?
A:
First,it requires dust free or low dust working environment to avoid the dust come on the printing stock or the film,making the printing pattern with imperfection;
Second,the surface of the printing stock need to keep clean without any oil stain,water or dust.It will be best that the workers wear the pure cotton gloves to take the printing stock when operation.
Third,the air source need to keep dry,and the water filter need to drain off the water every day to confirm the air can run smoothly and the air cylinder is in normal condition.
