               HDB150+2 1N1 2FF card packing equipment    It adopts dual-garde ultrasonic sealing mode for elegant and tight package   This machine is designed for cards wrapping, it can pack ID-1 cards, half cards and small SIM cards.     Features: 1.SIM chip cards are fed out directly from the feeder box one by one into film packs, strictly ensuring SIM chip cards packages in good sequence    2.Various personalized sealing patterns are available to secure safety against piracy   3.OCR serial number inspecting device is optional       Working principle : After collected by the collector on the small card punching machine ,the small cards with the card collector will be dismantled and installed on the small card wrapping machine , when the machine is running , card feeding cylinder will push the small cards into the film one by one . The film will be controlled strictly to make sure the small cards can pushed into bags at high accuracy.     Technical parameters Throughput: Maximum 6000 pcs/h for standard cards
