HC-TT Multi Functional Toilet Paper Prodution Line  Fully automated toilet paper production line. The logs are automatically pushed out after finishing winding, and then start winding again. The cores can be adjusted to any size of cores within one minute. Main Functions and Characters 1.After finished winding the roller pushed out automatically. Its adopt machanism arm pusher to push the roller out. The minimum diameter of finished roll is 60mm.  2.Automatic trimming, gluing and sealing: it has replaced the traditional sealing of rolls with the international popular trimming and sealing, which can have 10-18mm tails to facilitate to start pulling out the paper. At the same time, it can greatly cut down the wastage of the paper, thus to cut down the production cost. 3.Advanced PLC programmable control technology: the winding profiles can be tight at the beginning of winding, and then getting loose, to avoid the problems that the cores are loose from the rolls after long time storage. 4.Automatic detection of paper break and paper wrap up: to guarantee the high quality of the finished rolls even in the high speed operation. 5.Coreless rewinding system has changed the traditional mathod to take out the core to make with quality solid coreless roller. Reducing the manpower. 6.With high precision screwy perforation knife. With 3 perforation blades to make clear perforating. The perforating pitch controlled by gear box. 7.Three backstands, pneumatic jumbo roll loading, and pneumatically wide belt paper unwinding driving, and individual web tension control unit for each jumbo roll. 8.Point to point embossing unit: the paper are embossed on both sides and feel softer. It make embossing more clearer and better. The finished rolls compared to the same diameter rolls with less paper. 9.The web can be threaded on the machine by the two jog buttons. Factory plant: we provide to arrange customer’s factory, complete line and material purchasing or guiding 2. Repairing Guarantee of product: we provide spare parts for machine, permanent payable maintenance programe, and one year maintenance for free for electromechanical.And we also will send engineer to buyer side according to customers. 3. Follow-up service of product: we will notice you since the product leaves the factory. 4. Customer Document: we have established a data base for all customers since the beginning of production. 5. After complete of engining: we help our customers train fountain equipment operator for free. 6. Error treatment: the customer service department will take action immediately when they recieve any call and provide professional repairer to help you solve your problems as soon as possible. 7. A: One year(Calculated from the equipment arrives at the customer’s side.).
If there is any problem within guarantee period (excluding cased by human's wrong action), we will send you spare parts for free.After this period we will definitely support you when needed. You will be welcome to contact us with any problem may happen.
3. Q: How should I order? What payment method do you accept?

A:We are located in Quanzhou City, China.
You can get a flight to xiamen International Airport.We will go to airport to pick you up. It takes around one hour from airport to our office. You may also come to our city by High Speed Railway train, we will go to train station to pick you up.
