Harmful gas monitoring system

     Harmful gas monitoring system . This system mainly consists of control cabinet ,external harmful gas sensor ,electrically operated valve actuator and GPRS module ,ete. Its main control principle is following :when the external harmful gas sensor detects the revealed gas, all controlled electrically operated valve will be closed ,the alerting signal wil be sent by GPRS network.

        Our corporation can configure various harnful gas detection can configure various harmful gas detection control box in accordance with needs . Our configuration for Chlorine gas control box and its features .

        1)  The protection level is IP65

        2) THe material of control box is engineering plastic (the chlorines gas has corrosive action on metals )

       3)At most 8 electrically operated valves will be controlled by control box .

       4)Control box can work continuously for 8 hours with UPS power supply as power outages.

5)Over 8 hours ,all electrically operated valves will be closed .

6)A PLC with touch screen is configured for checking working  condition of current system .

7)SMS sending module based on GPRS network is configured for sending message to appointed mobile phone.
