Application：

Hank yarn dyeing machine is suitable for skein of various materials, such as wool artificial wool, rayon, hemp, cotton and blended yarn. Multiple dyeing and finishing processes such as puffing, scouring, bleaching, dyeing and softening can be completed in one loading.

Feature:

1. The tank in contact with the dyeing liquid is made of high-corrosion-resistant stainless steel of SUS-316L (A, SI-316L) or SUS-321 (AtSI-321). The reinforced steel plate is made of stainless steel plate of SUS-304 (AISI- 304) to make the box more durable.

2. The indirect heating pipeline is installed on the top and bottom of the dyeing machine to ensure uniform temperature distribution of the dye, and a direct heating pipeline at the bottom to meet the requirements of various dyeing processes.

3. The circulating pump blades are well designed and equipped with four-speed shifting to accommodate different types of skein.

4. Automatically switch the direction of rotation of the impeller with a precise time automatic controller. The dye solution is circulated up and down. The bottom of the box is equipped with a baffle to eliminate eddy currents, so that the dyeing liquid is evenly circulated in the dyeing box, and the skein winding is effectively prevented during the processing.

5. The sampler is in the stranded yarn in the box, so that the effect of the sample is exactly same as the color of the dyed VAT yarn, and it can be sampled and examined in the dyeing process, and no parking is needed.

6. The mixing tank is equipped with stirring, heating, feeding, circulation and cleaning devices to facilitate the adjustment of the dyeing liquid.
