User guide 3.1   Put Steel pipe / pipes on four wheel device and clearing the surface of the steel pipe. Brushing the primer on the pipe and then waiting for 5 minutes, and the primer will dry. then fix the handle on one side while insert the rolling frame to the core of the tape. Fixing the angle between the pipe and rolling frame by your experience and then rolling the pipe using by the fixed handle. Observation on the track where the wheel go through, and look at the distance of spiral trace which conforms to percentage of the overlap for the tape. If there is a big difference, you need to adjust the angle of the rolling frame.     3.2   During the process of the wrapping, you must pay attention on overlap of the tape consistently.
