    Hand Emulsifying Machine    Introduction   Stainless steel emulsifying agitator has a very high shear speed and shear force , the particle size is about 0.22 micron it can ensure the stability of the high dispersion and emulsion, the device can be applied to all kinds of process of dispersion and emulsion. it can also be used in the production of emulsion and the mixing of colloid homogenous and suspending liquid , the shear force of high shear disperser emulsfying machine which is produced by rotor system increases the transfer speed of the solute, so that it can speed up the decomposition of a single molecules and macro molecular.   Inline high shear homegenizer mainly applied to handle a large number of emulsion and generating superfine emulsion, because of using three head(rotor and stator) to process at the same time, you can get very narrow distribution of particle size and smaller droplets and particles, thus the stabillity of the mixture is better, scattered head is very easy to replace , it can be suitable for a variety of applications, different machines have the same speed and shear rate, so it is easy to expand the scale, the equipment has passed the cleanness standard of CIP and SIP standard.   Features   1.
