A. When the goods arrived customer's gym, if find lose some parts, just send us by mail, after confirm, we will send the match parts immediately
B. When the goods arrived customer's gym, if find the machine have any problem, we will instruct how to fix or send our person to fix. If for the quality problem, we will try to fix it, if cannot, we can change a new machine for you.
After you get the products, we will still be responsible for you, and provide good after-sale service, for we want to establish long-term business relationship with every customer.
Generally the machine 5 year's update one time, during in this time, any parts lose or broken, you will share the cost price of parts.
