1.Continuous Ball Mill Introduction:

Ball mill is the key equipment for secondary crushing after first crushing, and it is one of the high-fineness milling machines widely used in industrial production.

 this series of high-efficiency ball mills adopts rolling bearing support instead of sliding bearing support with bearing bush. 

Therefore, it can save 10-20% energy, and with the same power energy, its capacity can be enlarged to 10-20%. According to different discharging ways, it can be divided in two kinds, lattice type and overflow type.

This machine is made up of feeding part, discharging part, rotary part, 

driving parts (decelerator, small driving gear, generator, electrical control) and so on.

 Besides, the hollow shaft adopts the casting steel and the lining can be replaced, 

the big rotating gear processes in the way of casting rolling gear. 

Moreover, inside the barrel is the wear-resisting scaleboard, it has high wear resistance.

The material spirally and evenly enters into the first warehouse of the ball mill along the input material hollow axis by input material device. 

In this warehouse, there is a ladder scale board or ripple scale board, and different specification steel balls are installed on the scale board. 

When the barrel body rotates and then produces centrifugal force, at this time, 

the steel ball is carried to some height and falls to grind and strike the materials. 

After being grinded coarsely in the first warehouse, 

the materials then enter into the second warehouse for regrinding with the steel ball and scale board.

In the end, the power is discharged by output material board and the end products are competed
