Grey Iron Stuffing Box

Introduction:

As is all known, the material of slurry pump wet-end(wear) parts is high chrome alloy A05. While there are still many other critial parts for the slurry pumps, for instance, the grey iron stuffing box. Normally, our grey iron stuffing box is made of Grey cast iron, but for better quality, we also have A05 material as an option. But now, more and more customers prefer to use ductile iron stuffing boxes, and this material can wear a longer time than grey iron, but the cost is lower than A05. So our company is trying to supply ductile iron stuffing boxes to satisfy the market and the customers.

The other two spare parts shown above are end cover and labyrinth. They are both zinc coated, and are used for the pump bearing assemblys. For each pump, there are two end covers and two labyrinth are required, one is for the pump end, and the other is for the drive end. The three spare parts listed here are for slurry pump model SH/200F.
