  Product Description    The vacuum packing machine applies to:
1. Low loose density product (fine product);
2. Product contains some gas during production process, for example the product is conveyed by using compressed air;
3. Product that is difficult to control dust during weighing and filling;
4. Product needs to be compressed to fill in bag for purpose of saving transportation cost. Minerals: Alumina, Talc powder, etc.
Chemicals:Fluffy Carbon black , Pigments, Graphite powders, Silicon dioxide, Aluminum powder, Stearate, Kaolin clay, Light calcium carbonate, etc. Working principle The vacuum packing machine fills product into bag with help of negative pressure and mechanical auxiliary. Material is fed into the surge bin, at the same time the negative pressure from the closed vacuum chamber helps to fill material into bag, and discharge the contained gas out from the bag. When reaching the pre-set weight value, filling device and vacuum source is stopped, the vacuum chamber`s gate opens and the filled bag could be taken off manually.   Technical specification:
