3: Main Feature
1. Siemens PLC and touchable Chinese and English display screen. The PLC can stock 10 sets of data for different packaging programs, simple to adjust.
2. Stable performance, nonstop for the machine in the process of adjustment of parameters.
3. Multi-head weigher measuring and volume cup measuring are both available (you can choose one of the two, depending on your requirements).
4. It is equipped with France Schneider frequency converter. Only parameter input is needed to change the whole speed, easy for operation.
5. Intelligent temperature controller. The transverse and longitudinal sealing temperatures are separately controlled, with a precision of 1° C.
6. Electro-optical tracking system, high positioning precision.
7. Diversification of packing types, such as pillow sealing, standing type, pouch, etc.
8. Suitable for packing materials like mix film, PE film, etc.
9. The machine adopts servo motor control, screw measuring, with a precision of 1 percent.
10. No tools are needed for adjustment of packing volume.

4: Packing Material
Paper/PE, PT/PE, PET/plated AL/PE, PET/PE, BOPP film, and other materials can be heat sealed. We can also help you find the suitable packing materials, such as PA/PE film, PA/EVOH/PE film, PE film, etc.
