Temperature of spraying water and air will rise after absorbing heating and partial water will change into gaseous status to fluid, and evaporation will take great amount of heat, and water in hot air will be held by retaining plate and collected to PVC heat exchange layer. Water in PVC heat exchange layer is cooled by flowing air into the water leg as the temperature drops, and is sent to spraying system by water circulating pump to go on circulating.
