1. Long-run working temperture of PVC insulted cables can not be higher than 70oC. The temperature for wiring the cables can not be lower than 0oC.
2. r≥10D(D-outer diameter of the cable : r-permissible curved radius)when wiring.
3. Voltage test for finished cable: The cable with rated voltage 1 kv can go through the voltage of 3.5 kv for 5 minutes. The single-core , unarmored cable should go through the voltage test after an hour in water at room temperature.
4. The cable could go through the cold proof test at the temperature -40oC±3oC for 4 hours.
