Through touch screen           human-machine interface can easily change the parameter and state transition.   The torch can be adjusted up and down, left and right, dip angle, in order to meet the welding                     requirements.     Equipment constitutes       Machine is composed of AC servo electric power head, clamping and conductive mechanism, adjustable ball bearing work piece bracket, Pneumatic Tailstock top tight, welding torch pneumatic rapid advance and retreat mechanism, torch servo travel mechanism, three-dimensional fine adjustment mechanism, electrical control system, pneumatic system and welding power source.     Lathe body       The body is mainly composed of a base and the sliding door. The base adopts welded lathe bed, power head is installed on the right side of guide rail, the spindle box is fixed, and the tailstock moves on the guide rail can be adjusted and positioning. Adjustable work piece bracket is on the middle of the lathe; use the universal roller bearing supporting. The electrical control box is fixed on right, and control button station is installed in front, convenient use and maintenance. Sliding door is good in strength. Observation window on the double acting door, with the microscope, so that the welding process can be observed.     Rotation power head       Composed of AC servo motor, bearing chamber, a work piece holder and conductive block; Speed adjusted by AC servo stepless speed regulation. The conductive block is elastic pressing type, copper block and the main shaft is elastic coupling, abrasion resistance, and good electrical conductivity.   Adjustable center bracket       Composed of a screw rod lifts and guide mechanism, can fine adjust the supporting cylinder and can be self locked. The universal ball bearing can guarantee the work piece load/unload and the welding process flexible and convenient     Torch travel mechanism       The torch longitudinal walking mechanism is composed of a cross beam mounted gauge, servo motor, through the rack and pinion; drive the walking trolley, conversion between the two welding stations   Welding torch rapid advance and retreat mechanism       This mechanism is driven by a cylinder, guide axis guiding; to realize the conversion of welding torch preparation and welding station. Three-dimensional fine-tuning mechanism is installed a skateboard, adjusting the welding torch to the welding seam position and self-locking     Electrical system   Host machine adopts Japan PLC as the control core, control the welding procedure. The system is good stability, simple structure, and convenient maintenance   The rotation of the work piece is driven by AC servo motor, speed stepless adjustment; the failure rate is low, suitable for long time use   Use rotary encoder loop detection to detect the welding length, torch position detected by using contactless switch   Integrated control panel box.
