 BIM-series bimetallic bearings consist of steel backing and sintered metal layer (CuPb10Sn10 / CuPb24Sn4 / CuPb30, AlSn20Cu, AlSn12Si2.5).   n Steel backing provides excellent dimensional stability and heat dissipation. The sintered metal layer works as sliding lining, offering good anti-friction and wear-resistance properties.   n BIM possess high load carrying capacity and excellent fatigue-resistance. In mostcases, pockets or grooves are stamped in inner surface to meet the demand of adding lubricants. Oil hole is available on request.   n Typically used in automotive (rock arm bush, connecting rod bush, camshaft bush, king pin bush, trunnion bush, clutch pedal bush, spring bush, wheel bush, starting motor bush, brake shoe bush, motorcycle gearbox bush, steering gear bush, etc.) and industrial applications (construction equipments, engineering machinery, air conditioner compressor, agricultural vehicles, material handling equipments, excavators, suspensions for hydraulic cylinders, etc.)   n Available forms: standard parts: cylindrical bush, flanged bush, washer; non-standard parts: according to customer's drawings.     Physical and Mechanical Performance
