Gas Mask

Product Description   1. Applications and feature The type of gas mask is a novel design gas mask, whose canister is connected directly to the face piece. When the air is a contaminated NBC agent, the gas mask provides effective protection to the wearer’s respiratory organs, eyes and facial skin. The gas mask is designed for the military, police and civil defense and can also be used in industry, agriculture, storehouses, scientific research work, etc.  The flexibility of the face piece is suitable. The straps of elastic webbing have good elasticity and can be adjusted at random to ensure a comfort, gas-tight fit. The large triangular lenses are manufactured from optical plastic and surface-treated specially. The triangular lenses provide a wide visual field and excellent optical properties and good abrasion and shock resistance. The canister is filled with good quality impregnated activated carbon and smoke filter made of high efficiency filter paper, and can remove toxic gas and particulate aerosol from the incoming air except carbon monoxide. The canister has a low resistance and lightweight.  2. Specifications   2.1Cyanogen chloride life:         ≥ 30 minutes at 30L/min, 1.5mg/L and 80%-80% RH conditions                                                                  2.2 Oil mist penetration coefficient:  ≤0.005 at 30L/min.  2.3 Inhalation resistance:          ≤ 186 pa at 30L/min.   2.4 Exhalation resistance:          ≤100 pa at 30L/min.  2.5 Visual field:         total ≥ 75%, binocular visual field ≥ 60%.  2.6 Weight:         weight of a complete set of gas mask approx.700g.  2.7 Storage life:                 10 years. 1. Use and maintenance   The type of gas mask is available in three sizes (small, medium, large). The face blank size is marked on the figure: 1(small), 2(medium), 3(large). The user chooses a suitable mask according to his/her head shape.   The whole mask, particularly the lenses and the exhalation valve, should be kept clean. If necessary, the face piece may be washed with clean water.  The canister can lower its efficiency after it has absorbed moisture. Therefore, the ingress of moisture into the canister is not allowed. The closure cap and the rubber plug should usually be attached to the canister.  The gas mask should be stored in cool dry place. If the mask is not use for longer time, support should be placed in the face blank to prevent the deformation. Do not put the mask in touch with organic solvent. 2. USE METHOD OF TYPE MF11(B) GAS MASK  Selection and Fitting The type MF11(B) gas masks are available in three sizes: large, medium and small. The user may select and fit a suitable gas mask according to his head shape as follows: First adjust properly the upper and middle head straps, when loosing the lower straps. Hold, then, the middle and lower straps on the both sides of face piece with hands, put the face piece on the chin, unfold it with hands, pull it up-and backwards over the head, place the straps in position and secure the lower straps tightly. Care should be taken, then the head harness pad be placed on the center of the rear of head, the straps untortured or pressed under the face blank and stretching stress of all straps nearly identical. Check the position of lenses in relation to eyes. If eyes are about 10mm away from the lines on lenses, the face blank size selected is suitable. If eyes are higher, the mask selected is undersized. If eyes are lower, the mask selected is oversized. Then, press a palm tight on the hole to the canister and draw a breath. If the face piece is pressed close to the face, the mask is selected properly and there is no leakage.  4.2 Wearing     Wear the selected gas mask on abovementioned and connect a canister directly to the canister holder. Secure straps, taking account of both air tightness and comfort, and keeping the opening of inner mask unblocked. If the gas mask needs prolonged wearing, especially in hot weather, and when there is sweat water accumulated the chin position, it must be removed through exhalation valve by deeply bending and vigorously breathing out. 4.3 Undoing Hold the voice meter and raise it up-and-forwards with your right hand, so undo the gas mask. 5. Packing 20pieces/carton, dimension: 850x510x360mm, total weight:20.0kg
