It is used for mould making where it is mixed (with its catalyst) and then poured around a pattern to create a flexible silicone mould. Garden Stone Rock Silicone has been specially selected for its ease of use, excellent performance and great value.

In order to reduce the viscosity of silicone rubber and pursue a good quality, you may add a lot of silicone oil into the silicone rubber when making molds. In fect, it might have just the opposite effect. The tension and tear strength will be reduced badly with the addition of silicone oil.
