1. 10T Hydraulic decoiler+coil car

max loading capacity :10T

Motor power:7.5kw

Way of expansion:hydraulic inner expansion

Superonic sensor to synchronize the speed between the decoiler and roll forming machine

Its function is to put the coil on it.

Hydraulic cylinder to drive the coil car up and down,

Hydraulic motor to drive movement forwarding or back movement

h)The way of working:the electric motor (7.5kw) drives the decoiler forward and reverse automatically and hydraulics makes the decoiler tighten and loosen.the sensor can sychronize the speed beween the decoiler and roll forming machines

I) there are 2 motors :7.5kw for hydraulic decoiler and 2.2kw for hydraulic station

J) The motor is connected with main shafts by chains

2. Guiding system

It is set in the beginning of the main machine with left - right guiding. It can help the operator to make the sheet in the right direction, left side and right side can be adjusted separately by manual screw structure.

3. Roll forming system

Roll forming system consist of machine frame, transmission parts and 35 roll forming stations and rollers and main shafts and so on.

a) Machine frame adopts I beam welding structure and the face is milled to make it leveling.

b) The roller of this line is made of 45#, quenched surface with hard chrome,52--55degrees .the rollers are processed by full CNC precision machines, therefore the rollers has good rigidity.

C) we adopt the wall panel structure welded by steel panel

d) Electrical motor driving, the back/forward roller driven by 1.5"chain, the first and last roller station are driven by gears which can guarantee the speed simultaneously

e) main shafts material is made by No 45 steel,fine processed ,diameter 90 mm solid

f) the bearings will be added inside the rollers .

3 Post cutting system

a) Adopts post cutting, the cutting blade material is Cr12 with quenched treatment, HRC58--62

b) we adopt hydraulic mould cutting.cutting tolerance:+/-1.mm

c) The power of cutting is provided by hydraulic station,hydraulic power:5.5KW

4. We adopt Omron Encoder which can calculate the numbers and measure the length according to the customer's requirements.

6; there is emergency stop on the touch panel

  • There is emergency stop on the location of cutter so that the operator can press it once cutting has problems
  • We will install remote control with a long line that the operator can take it by hands .( forward.reverse and emergency stop)
