Product Description Virgin Coconut oil(VCO) is an edible oil extracted from the kernel or meat of matured coconuts.It has a growing demand as a functional health food and personal/skin care product. It is naturally produced and contains medium chain fatty acids that boost the immune system. It has various applications in food, medicine, comestic,fine chemical and industry. Because of its high saturated fat content it is slow to oxidize and, thus resistant to rancidification, Virgin coconut oil last two years without spoiling.   Virgin coconut oil can be extracted through "dry method" or "wet method" processing,but wet method is more suitable for modern industry.   Advantages of "wet method" process are as follows(Compare with” dry method” and fermentation method):
• Without heating at a high-temperature which is necessary in ”dry method”, No chemical components                        included.

• The disposal velocity is 20,000 coconuts a day. • The benefit brought by large capacity centrifuge is to reduce human labor intensity and cost.           Working Principle      FUYI Disc centrifuge is a centrifugal separator which can separate solid matter from two kinds of different density liquids on a continuous basis and also to separate two liquids simultaneously. By reducing process cycle time and labor requirements, these separators offer high cost efficiency in liquid clarification and reclamation, solid-liquid separation and its classification, recovery and thickening of solids and in other such processes.
