    What can we provide?     We can provide you all kinds of inspection service:      1. Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) :   PSI is a most effective inspection that confirms the whole shipment's quality level. It normally requires the production to be finished and at least 80% of goods to be packed into cartons. The checked samples are randomly selected according to AQL standard.     2. Container Loading Check (CLC):   During CLC, Sunchine inspector monitors the loading process, checking product quantity, container condition and ensuring the proper handling of your cargo. A simple quality check is performed before loading to verify that the product type and packing details conform to your requirement.     3. Factory Inspections/Social audit: A factory audit can uncover problems before production or order confirmation. You could have an exact understanding of your supplier's capabilities, quality control system, management and operating procedures. This enables you to select a qualified supplier with confidence.

h. Special Requirements from Client     4. Production Monitoring  (PM):  Sunchine inspector will stay at the factory through the production for weeks or months. It is important for your big or sensitive project, because we can monitor the production schedule, supervising the factory's internal quality control, conducting random inspection from raw material to the finished products and report to you every day.     5. During Production Check (DUPRO) :   DPI is performed when around 30% of an order is completed. It can uncover problems at an early production stage, allowing more time for reworking and correction. It also helps you supervise whether the production process is on schedule.     6. Initial Production Check (IPC):  IPC focuses mainly on the quality of the components and materials used in the production process.
