Product Description Full automatic servo driven fruit candy machine GD hard candy making machine can make “two/three color ”, “two/three color double layers”, “central filling”, “clear” hard candies and flat or ball lollipop. Candies produced by this machine have transparent, smooth surface and good taste. It is also an ideal equipment to make good quality confectionery which saves both manpower and the space occupied. This machine line has got CE certificate after inspection by SGS GD150-S/300-S/450-S/1200-S full automatic serve driven PLC controlled hard candy depositing line is one of our most advanced production lines for depositing hard candies. The line consists of automatic weighing and mixing system, pressure dissolving system, micro-film cooker, depositor and industrial cooling tunnel. It is developed based on SHINWEI’s 4thgeneration hard candy depositing line. We adopt the advanced servo driven system to control the machine accurately and efficiently. The features: 1. All units of the production line are auto running, all raw materials are handling in the piping and machine, and various kind of recipes can be programmed in the PLC and applied easily and freely if needed. 2. PLC and servo driven system are imported brand which is more reliable and better quality. 3. Depositing volume(candy weight) can be changed easily that just need to input the data into the control system. More accurate depositing and continuous production reduces the waste rate of materials. 4.
