(1)  Min plant space requirements: Length: 6 meters Width: 3 meters ( it is available for one single Grating mold) 
 (2) we will provide facility layout after received the payment
(3)  Power Supply: AC380V ± 5% 50Hz, 3phase. It could be changed to customer requirement. Rated Power: 4KW
Accessory: 10KW (Boiler 100KW depends on whether customer chooses electronic heating)
(4)  Production effective: 2 ± 10% hours/pcs
(5)  Flow rate required: 50mm water pipe
(6)  Water heater: Water heater boiler required (not hot steam boiler)
(7)  Cooling Tower: 30m³/h flow, detail please refer the specification
(8)  dust extraction needed during part polishing by machine

 FRP Grating production process
Startup checking →Pre heating→ material mixing→ roving → pull in resin→ press with fixture→ repeat → heating →Curing
→ Ejection → finishing
(the Detailed working instruction could provided to customer after PO placed)

Training
Customer is able send Engineer to our plant to study the process or send our engineers to customer 
side to deburr to machine, set up facilities, installation, run out first samples.

Maintenance:

During the warranty period, due to our manufacturing, installation, procurement due to quality problems, our responsible for free repair, free of service charges, maintenance fees; warranty expires, is responsible for the long-term after-sales service.
