Free sample different color powder olivine sand for foundry Product Description   Forsterite  is one special mineral material ,which is usuallu used in refractory,which has high content of MgO and SiO2. And it is widely used in the foundary industry,as the molding material during the foundary of carbon casting and manganese steel casting,
        The specification of the forsterite:
         1.It has very good heat conductivity, and  low thermal expansion, so when it is used during the foundary process, it will bring down the chance to cause sonim(solid nonmatallic impurity).
         2. There is no dissociate SiO2 in this material, so there is no sand dust harm to the workers` health.And it wont produce CO during fourndary process, so it is very enviromental.
         3.It has very good refractory property, which is above  1700 °C .And it is very good anti-corrossion property.This property ensures the clean and smooth surface of the foundary casting.
