MX Four Shaft Shredder has been tried and tested under difficult conditions is characterized by very high reliability, ability to handle non-shreddable extraneous materials as well as a very broad application range. Its sturdy design and the strong, resistant cutting unit is particularly well suited for continuous multi-shift operations.

Such Four Shaft Shredder take advantage of planet gear speed reducers and alloy steel blades with high intension and anti-milling characters. Their four shafts rotate at different speeds with tearing, extrusion and bite functions. Electric part has the automatic detecting overl-oad protection function, with SIEMENS and electric components programme control. They have advantages in regularly deloading materials and easily controlling material size, low rotation speed, low noises, large torque and high efficiency.

-Blades are 42CrMo steel
-Electronic components are a combination of Siemens and Schneider
-Microcomputer technology incorporating rotator speed variations with start, stop and reverse features
-Automatic reverse sensors to protect the machine against over loading and jamming
-Engineered using split bearing block technology so the blades can be changed quickly and efficiently
-Utilizes high torque at low speed to maximize power and minimize noise
