WWP-B : PVC Rare-earth/Ca/Zn Multi-functional compound stabilizer for (plates & sheets)
1. Description:
Heat stabilizer is one of the most important component in the formula of PVC. And rare-earth/Ca/Zn based compound stabilizer is becoming more and more popular because it’s no lead containing and environmental friendly.
It’s combined by Organic compounds of Ca/Zn, hydrotalcite, rare earth, internal lubricant, external lubricants, high-efficient synergist, etc.
It can be used in the production of all kinds of PVC product.
2. Features:
A. Without lead, non-toxic, environmental friendly. Can substitute lead-based compound stabilizer.
B. Good thermal stability & weatherability. Anti-severe sunlight, anti-sulphide pollution. With better initial whiteness. Make the finished product more suitable in outdoor using.
C. Good compatibility & dispersion with PVC. High up the extrusion speed, prolong the production period.
D. With strong toughness.
4. Suggested dosage: It’s used according to actual situation. Different technic or production cost needs different dosage. But normally add 3-6 PHR in each 100 PHR PVC resin.
5. Package: Packed in multi-layer composites bag. 20~25kg/bag
