1.Sodium hexametaphosphate is used in meat products, fish sausages, ham, etc., which can improve water holding capacity, increase adhesion, and prevent fat oxidation;
2.Used in bean paste and soy sauce to prevent discoloration, increase viscosity, shorten fermentation period and adjust taste;
3.Used in ice cream, it can improve the expansion capacity, increase the volume, enhance the emulsification to prevent the destruction of the paste, and improve the taste and color;
4.Used in dairy products and beverages to prevent gel precipitation;
5.Adding to beer can clarify the liquor and prevent turbidity;
6.Used in canned beans, fruits and vegetables, it can stabilize natural pigments and protect the color of food;
7.The aqueous solution of sodium hexametaphosphate is sprayed on the cured meat to improve the preservative performance;

Properties:

Colorless transparent glass flake or quicksand crystalline powder. It is easily soluble in water and has strong hygroscopicity. When exposed to the air, it can gradually absorb water and form a viscose. The aqueous solution can form soluble complexes with metal ions such as calcium and magnesium. Melting point 616 (decomposition), relative density 2.484g/cm3 .

Specification:

Food Grade Sodium Hexametaphosphate can be used as quality improver, pH adjuster, metal ion chelating agent, binder and swelling agent. It can stabilize natural pigments in beans, canned fruits and vegetables, and bean paste fillings and protect the color of food; in canned meat, it can emulsify fat and keep the texture uniform; when used in canned meat and meat products, it can improve water holding capacity and prevent fat spoiled. When added to beer, it can clarify the liquor and prevent turbidity. It is an excellent water softener without precipitation.
