Under ideal conditions (vacuum and drying), at two ends of the tungsten boat connecting wires and electricity, low melting point metal placed in the recesses of the middle, wait until the temperature rise to 2000 DEG C, the metal evaporated into gas, deposited on the top surface of the workpiece.
