Flexible Structure Ultrasonic Vibrating Sieve for Food Additive   Features •Ultrasonic wave uses integrated circuit plate, fully obturated, digital CPU control, specialized voyage plug: it can continue working for 12 ~ 24 hours, there is no cooling process.
•Screening precision can be improved by 70% and handling capacity is 2 ~10 times more than the common screening machine. It is particularly significant to materials which are difficult to screen such as Silicon carbide powder, hard alloy powder, coffee powder.
•Sieving mesh can reach 600. It can completely self-clean, be easy to operate and maintain.
•It can really solve some difficult problems such as strong absorption, easy reunion, high static, high precision, high density, light proportion and so on.
•It can ensure that the characteristics of the materials are unchanged. Structure principle Ultrasonic sieving system consists of ultrasonic generator, energy converter and resonant ring. Ultrasonic generator produces high frequency oscillation and energy converter turns it into high-frequency sinusoidal longitudinal shock wave. This shock wave gets to resonant ring to make it resonate. Then resonant ring puts oscillation transmission to screen surface evenly. Materials on the surface will do low-frequency three dimensional vibration and ultrasonic vibration at the same time. This can prevent mesh clogging and improve yield and quality of screening.
