Product description
Product Description
Flexible heating element, heat film
Polyimide flexible heating film is ideal for applications with space and weight limitations, or where the heater will be exposed to vacuum, oil, or chemicals. These thin, flexible heaters are rugged, accurate and reliable.
Benefits:
Thin, lightweight heaters allow you to apply heat where it's needed, reducing operating costs
1. Etched-foil heating technology provides fast and efficient thermal transfer for increased throughput
2. Customized options (i. E. SMT components, flex leads and connectors) offer turnkey solutions to drastically reduce assembly time and increase productivity
3. Custom profiling gives uniform thermal performance of the heating output to improve processing yields and productivity
Typical Applications
1. Medical diagnostic instruments and analyzers
2. Maintain warmth of satellite components
3. Protect aircraft electronic and mechanical devices against cold at high altitudes
4. Stabilize optoelectronic components
5. Test or simulate integrated circuits
6. Enable cold weather operation of outdoor electronics such as card readers, LCDs or ruggedized laptops
7. Maintain constant temperature in analytic test equipment heating output to improve processing yields and productivity
