Hydraulic brake hose SAE J1401 has excellent performance, such as low moisture permeation, extended and dynamic service life, minimal volumetric expansion, excellent resistance to high and low temperature, dynamic ozone resistance, compatible with brake fluid. The excellent performance is owned to its particular structure, like inner EPDM rubber layer resistant to oil, high temperature and water, outer EPDM rubber layer which has a good resistance of ozone aging, complicated weaving skeleton, especially the use of middle rubber layer between two skeletons, which plays an important role in comprehensive upgrade of hydraulic brake hose.



Peculiarity of the hydraulic brake hose


Inner and outer layers are made of EPDM, which is compatible with DOT3&DOT4 brake fluids, and the skeleton is made of PET.
The structure is three rubber layers and two skeleton layers, and the volumetric expansion can be different according to customer demand.
The consistency of inner and outer rubber hose layers is guaranteed because of special technique.
The traceability shows that the productiopn time dates back to second, minute, hour, day, month, year.
The length of brake hose is 50-200m/roll.
