Flat rubber belt conveyor, rubber flat transmission belts     Advantages of rubber belt:     (1)Can carry bulk material at angles of 17~ 18 and bagged material at angles of 30~ 50       (2)Cleat angle and pitch are designed for smooth travel over return idlers       (3)Cleats and top cover rubber are mono block molding for strength       (4)Patterns prevent or reduce slide back and increase the amount of product      Structures of rubber belt:   (1)Four parts: Top cover rubber; Bottom cover rubber.       (2)Reinforced core; Cross rigid.        (3)Thickness of top cover rubber: 3-6mm.       (4)Thickness of bottom cover rubber: 1.5-4.5mm.        (5)Belt core: Cotton, Nylon, EP or Steel Cord.       (6)The Width is the same as normal belt.    Applications of rubber belt:    They are used primarily when the angle of incline becomes too steep for a smooth conventional conveyor belt.   The belt is fitted with integrally moulded cleats which prevent the material from sliding backwards as would be the case with   a smooth surface belt. Different cleat designs allow the carrying of many types of material, from bulk solids to unit loads.    Features of rubber belt:  They are produced with integrally moulded profiles fitted into the belt's top cover during manufacture.   The shape of the chevron profiles has been carefully designed to assure excellent smooth return side support on full width   return idlers and good self cleaning properties.
