Screw Pile was first used as a Ground Anchor system on a tidal lighthouse in England.Since the 1840s,the spiral Ground Pile has been developed vigorously,and in the early stage,it was mainly used as anti-displacement Anchor pile.After the 1880s,as an alternative pile type with unique advantages,spiral Ground Screw Pile has been widely used in the United States,Australia and Europe,and can meet various engineering requirements such as compression,pull and horizontal force.

From the early anti-anchorage pile to the later anti-compression pile,Ground Screw Piles has been widely used in power pylons,housing foundation,signal signs,street light foundation,and gradually applied in billboards,temporary meeting places,warehouse,school buildings,municipal facilities,transportation facilities and other independent buildings.
